No improvement needed,
my mother,the patient , Has dementia and Natasha spoke to her rather than me and was so gentle and patient with her .
She guided her through all the processes of stitching up her cheek ( after a terrible fall) and put my mother at ease... her follow up , re medication and possible issueS was informative and well given
Her attention to making sure my mums face would ( even though she is already elderly and wrinkly)
