She came to my bedside at Wythenshaw hospital on the morning and explained exactly how the procedure would take place , the after effect ect.
In the theatre she totally put me at ease as she knew my fear of needles , put on my favourite 80s music , talking me through as she was stitching and cleaning the 2 lacerations on either side of the bridge if my nose.
Her jovial bedside manner and comfort when I shamefully cried due to my fear was paramount to me .
Brilliant surgeon !
