I was very impressed at the clear level of communication that happened whilst I had my surgery.
I was put at ease and felt in safe hands throughout the process
Always had a lot of respect for all medical staff as I work within hospital settings ( Not Medical) and this has just gone up even more
The process all be it quite manner was delivered excellently.
