Took the time to listen to my elderly father’s concerns. Very caring attitude and arranged for various tests and following this, referral to the hospital for treatment. Lots of regular contact. A great experience all round. Only sorry that we cannot continue the journey with the support of Dr Hartley who is unfortunately moving to another practice.
