She was an hour late to see me so seemed a bit disorganised when I went in and hadn't reviewed my results, it felt like she was just rushing through them in real time in front of me for my follow up.
First appointment I was very happy.

I am very sorry that you felt rushed. Two of my first patients arrived late therefore there was knock on effect on whole list and I overran. I will try my best to do better next time.
