Miss Tipples is pioneering and determined. Whilst it is very difficult in the current NHS system with waiting lists and logistics, Melanie has not been detered in her determination to treat as many patients as possible to the highest standard. I witnessed this whilst in hospital and have no doubt that without her help I would probably still be on a waiting list. Her follow up calls were incredibly re-assuring and helpful and undoubtedly given from her vast wealth of experience in her field. I cannot say what a difference it has made to my life to have had my treatment, thank you Miss Tipples.
