I feel very privileged and lucky that Miss Cook carried out my recent operation at Worthing hospital. She was kind, caring and understanding before the operation and made me feel that I was in a safe pair of hands.
She extended her care to make sure that she was present when I made several of my post operative visits. She was always attentive to what I was saying and fully explained to me the procedures taking place. My treatment by her and her colleagues really exemplifies the NHS at its very best.
