I cannot remember life before my op!! This was something I had wanted done for over 20 years. Lisa was superb in explaining the procedure and ensuring she understood the results I was looking for. Lots of questions about me, my life, what I want from this op. I felt that Lisa really understood me. I was given phone numbers of other patients before my surgery so I was able to have a chat and get a real feel for what I was letting myself in for. Pre and post op care has been fantastic. Any questions I have had, Lisa has been on call to answer them. I very much felt looked after. Recovery has been good, scaring minimal and people genuinely do not know I have had the procedure. I look completely natural!!! My confidence has grown, I can wear anything now and even bought 7 bikinis for my first summer holiday since the operation! I would highly recommend Lisa and the Nuffield. Absolutely outstanding :)
