Miss Omar is a totally caring consultant. She performed my hysterectomy and BSO for stage one endometrial cancer in September 2021. As I waited agonising for my results, she rang with good news and made me laugh. She is straight to the point and down to earth and you can ask her anything. My gynaecologist said she was the only person he wanted to do my surgery as she is, as he said, "The best at getting big things out of small holes". Miss Omar performed intricate keyhole surgery to remove my swollen womb, and reassured me throughout and at the follow ups. I was really sad to see that the other patient didn't like her bedside manner. You need to remember that she's a skilled surgeon not Mary Poppins, and I'd opt for no one else to do complicated work under anaesthetic.
