Thank you Dr Williams, not only did you deliver with master skills an outstanding result, you did this with the most amazing empathy, approachability and friendliness, qualities which are not usually that which stand out most in surgeons, I was humbled, impressed and have felt safe and understood at all steps of this process. Thank you for giving me the chest which until today I had only ever seen while dreaming in my sleep, today I saw myself in the mirror truly for the first time.
I will be forever grateful for you.
