I was seen by Kate Fairbairn today, because I need to have my coil removed. The procedure itself it is very uncomfortable but Kate not only explain me clearly all the steps but also she was vey kind, polite and understanding. I left with a good smile, despite the physical discomfort. Kate also gave me all the information require after the procedure and follow up already set up for me. I really appreciated that someone look after me with such a good care and respect.
