I found Miss Nethercliffe to be approachable and caring. She demonstrated great thoroughness in her analysis of my condition and the options available in tacking it. She put me at ease, was clear and easy to follow in her explanations. I feel that she cares about me as an individual, I am not just another face needing treatment. I was able to ask questions and at no point felt rushed. I look forward to seeing her again. Speaking to another patient afterwards he expressed similar positive sentiments concerning Miss Nethercliffe. I have full confidence in her knowledge and skills and am pleased to have fallen under her care.
