I was very nervous but she soon put me at ease. She really listened to what I was saying and seemed to understand my concerns. We had a long chat about various aspects of my problem before the dreaded examination. But she was very kind and it was a lot better than I expected. She explained all my problems and discussed my options fully. She explained risks, drawbacks and all possible outcomes.
