Presented to Dr Sohal with a chronic Achilles tendon issue. Despite it being a trivial medical issue, Dr Sohal was thorough in her examination and showed empathy throughout. She displayed depth of knowledge of my issue and set out a clear management plan to recovery.

Doctor was quite combative. I asked for a referral, presented measurements and data, Dr Sohal did not openly debate and showed a short temper and closed attitude.
