Ms. Helen Pardoe gave me immediate confidence by listening carefully to my symptoms, scrutinising my medical records and treating me like a human being. She then thoroughly examined my body for further symptoms and immediately organised a 'fast track' CT Colonoscopy Virtual and a CT Thorax - that materialised a very short time afterwards at the P.A.H.
