I first met Dr Patel when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June 2022. From the onset I felt privileged and honoured to have such a compassionate, empathic, knowledgeable and caring doctor. There really aren't enough words to thank her, I can see that it isn't just a job to her, she is passionate about what she does for people. All my appointments with Dr Patel (and there were many) never felt rushed and she made me feel that I was the only patient she cared for. She quickly became aware of me as a person and was very patient with me when I needed her to repeat things, or if I came back with any additional questions. Dr Patel was very thorough when explaining things to me and provided lots of options for me, with additional information to take away to read. I have received excellent care with the two surgeries that Dr Patel carried out and all the post follow up appointments.
