Miss Gaural Patel soon put me at ease, explaining everything about my treatment well, gave me time to ask questions, she soon had my complete trust in her. Although Miss Patel must see hundreds of patients, I felt individual, every time I went to clinic I saw her, it was good having the continuity. She is a lovely lady and very nice to consult with. I felt very comfortable with her. She’s very professional and very caring and I can’t thank her enough.
