Miss Gaural Patel put me strait at ease from the very first time I met her, she made me feel that I was a very special person to her and that she really cared about how I was feeling, miss Patel really listen to me and explained everything, she gave me the confidence that I needed to cope with what I was going through and what I had to face in the future.
I feel privileged to have had miss Patel take care of me.
