When I needed a total mammary duct excision, I was very fortunate to be allocated Miss Patel as my surgeon. She combined friendliness with professionalism in a way that gave a sense of ease and inspired confidence. If ever I need surgery again, my aim will be to find Miss Patel, the most delightful surgeon I had ever met.
