From the first terrifying moment that I met Miss Patel I pretty much knew that I was going to be ok. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and less frightened about the whole process. She didnt hurry with the information she gave me and explained everything in a way that I understood which was very reassuring. On my surgery day she came round beforehand and we had a giggle about Harry Potter and holidays which lightened my mood somewhat. My last appointment was yesterday and everything is fine all thanks to this lovely lady and all her brilliant team. We discussed going forward and the future looks bright. Thankyou so much Breast Care Unit Milton Keynes!!!! Ps She smiles alot
