Ms Patel took care and time to explain the treatment I have had, and what I need to do in the future. She listened to what I said, and took my concerns seriously, but at the same time she has a great sense of humour which makes her very human and approachable even though she obviously holds a very senior position at the hospital.
Before my surgery she took every care to explain the procedure and to ensure the outcome would be as acceptable as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is a totally skilled and caring professional.
