I Damaged my Left Eye & DR Fiona Dean operated on My Right Eye telling me this 30 minutes prior to surgery once I had been made to sign a waver form at NHS University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire Trust Clifford Bridge Rd, Coventry CV2 2DX, United Kingdom One of the muscles moved on my good eye became detached and died and will never be 100% ever again! I am now left with permanent damage and my good eye does not work properly sitting here with it twitching continuously!!
