Had telephone call with Dr Butt due to Covid situation. Difficult to recommend her at all on the basis of this call. She seemed irritated with me because she hadn't been sent scans and reports by my doctor and from that point I felt that she just wanted to finish the call. The biopsy results had shown suspect cells which I am of course concerned about but she was dismissive of this. I spelt the name of the abnormal cells reported by histology for her which she had to look up but didn't acknowledge the significance. She then finished the call and I was subsequently sent another telephone appt for 5 months later. No reassurance, no guide as to next steps...nothing. I have a neurological condition which can effect my ability to find my words. She was aware of this but no patience was apparent. Very disappointing and I'm left just as worried as I was before the call.
