Our teenage son has been under the superb care (Outpatient) of Miss Ashby for three years. With every appointment, be it in person or on the telephone, we have had her unhurried attention and explanations. Unbeknown to our son, Miss Ashby's initial observations of his foot began as he walked from the waiting area into her room, which led to a honest and thorough examination, followed by questions and a diagnosis all pitched at the correct level for our son. Miss Ashby is a highly professional, knowledgeable, caring and personable individual and we feel very fortunate that our son was referred to Addenbrooke's and benefited from being a patient of Miss Ashby.
