I saw Miss Baumann on several occasions and was very happy with each consultation/procedure. I found her to be very informative in the consultation, whereby she explained what the problem was with my eye, how the problem occured and what options there were to correct this. She listened to any questions I had and she answered them honestly and reassured me of any doubts I may have had regarding surgery and further problems that could have occured. I am not medically trained so I cannot propose any suggestions as to how Miss Baumann could improve her care for Patients. I am more than happy with the care and attention she gave me whilst I was her Patient. I would not hesitate to recommend her should anyone need treatment for retinal problems. Diane Smith
