Repeatedly named my son ‘retarded’ and called him ‘slow’ while avoiding eye contact with us and overall appearing uninterested. Bear in mind, she did this all with the knowledge that my son was being bullied at school for his condition. Upon my stated disappproval of her behaviour she simply told me to ‘calm down’ and began huffing and puffing when he tried to speak to her. Absolutely disgusting.
