What a lovely lady!
She was able to put me at my ease from the outset, explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions clearly and fully. She was very reassuring when sending me for a full range of tests, and seemed as pleased as I was when I went back today to receive the results and the positive news.
I have complete confidence in Ms Shah and give her the highest possible recommendation.
