As I live in Wirral my optician gave me the choice of Arrowe Park NHS Trust Eye Department or the Spire Hospital for two NHS cataract operations. The same specialist, Alison Rowlands operated in both places. I chose Spire because the dates were more suitable.
Alison Rowlands give clear explanations, was completely reassuring, and gave a feeling that we were meeting a equals. Each operation was painless, skilful and successful. It has been a pleasure meetingh her and to have been in her care.
