After an ordeal of working through the mess that is the NHS we finally found a very competent, friendly and polite doctor who really paid great attention to what my mother really needed. Whilst other 'experienced' doctors missed the signs of illness she was the first to give the accurate diagnosis. She immediatley referred to the right specialist whilst including the family and offering regular motoring and support. We could not be more grateful
