admin not so good. I had the operation at the Wellington. I asked to be seen by a hand therapist at the Lister. I was told that there was no free space and I must go to the Wellington but I could not see Alice there. Then I had a letter fro Alice's sec saying that I would be seen at the Lister. following this I had a tel call fro the Wellington saying that as she had told e there was no therapist free at the Lister., she suggested that I should go to the Lister and persuade a nurse to remove the stitches but I would not see a hand therapist. I arrived at the Lister. I asked to see a nurse who could remove the stitches. Jane a therapist arrived and told me that she was scheduled to see me and it had been in her diary for a few days. No one had told me this. Wrong info from the Wellington. As I am not insured I did originally ask what the hospital bill was likely to be. I had no comeback from this. When the bill did arrive it had no breakdown of cost.
