I saw Dr Slowinski in 2023 regarding Blackouts/possible absences. After a number of extensive tests it was deemed that I had no identifiable neurological disorder. I met with Dr Slowinski in October 2023 and discussed applying to drive again. He said medically I was fit and so I promptly applied for my driving license back providing Dr Slowinki's name on the application. DVLA then responded and said they would need his approval so wrote to him in November 2023 and asked him to provide a written report to support my application. It is now March 2024 and I have contacted the neurology department a number of times and the report still hasn't been done. When I saw Dr Slowinski he was very professional and empathetic about my situation but I now feel very frustrated and let down as my situation is in limbo
