Dr Brodie offered to see me after a call back when she could just have sent a prescription to the pharmacy. I am so grateful that she gave me the option of a face to face consultation as her examination confirmed that I was more ill than I realised. She discussed meds & care & timescales with me so I left the surgery feeling reassured and fully informed. She is a caring & competent practitioner.
