The first time I met her she seemed a bit of abrupt but after seeing her on a regular basis she is great ,she listens ,she looks at ways of improving your condition be it by medication , lifestyle or education. Dr Picthall tells it as it is she is honest about your condition and how to help yourself. If you have a few problems she doesn't mind you making a double appointment so she can go through your ailments and problems
