I would never Dr Picthall again! I am
A patient at her practice and think so highly of all the staff there apart from her. After a hospital visit to a&e, X-Ray's, specialist referrals and physio visits I saw her about the pain I was still having, she said I should not be in this much pain and refused to believe me, she also said I should not be on the medication I was taking for the pain (prescribed by my regular GP at the surgery as well as hospital staff), I left my appointment that day with different medication that did not work and having to make another appointment to ensure I was given the CORRECT medication. Dr Picthall does not listen to patients and does not check medical history correctly, I would never see her again as a patient and would certainly not recommend her to anybody else.
