She is an excellent doctor and she will explain everything honestly and in a way you can understand . Dr Picthall also will help you as much as she can but she also expects you to help yourself and sometimes if you are not taking your condition seriously she explains fully the consequences as I am diabetic and have other chronic health conditions and maybe I hadn't taken my diabetes seriously as I should but she explained if I didn't start taking responsibility what would be happening. Dr Picthall is a good doctor and fair and try to help you as much as she can but if you don't try to help yourself she will be honest about the consequences and I like that
