I recently visited Riversley Road Surgery, Nuneaton where I saw Dr Yogesh Thankey who is my GP. I would like to report that Dr Thankey is a first class Doctor who fully engages with his patients, like me and provided great care. He showed genuine empathy and concern for me as a person and communicated well both in his listening and verbal skills. He fully explained the management of my condition, in a way that did not make me feel anxious and stressed. I left his Surgery fully motivated with a positive outlook to my condition and life in general. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Thankey who is a Doctor that I respect alot.

I visited Dr Y Thankey March 20th 2015 at Riversly Surgrey . i find he is a very careing and helpfull At this moment in time i have on going health problem he is trying to help me by looking at other tablets, he works very hard at the surgrey , looks after me very very well, in the time available to him , for me to him to talk about my health problem ,the surgrey also has a phone system, if no appointments available the person on reception will ask if you would like to talk to the Dr on the phone , he will phone you and if he thinks you need to see him he will give you a time to go to the surgrey that day ,if the problem can be sorted by phone it saves appointment, ive used this .The Nurses are also very nice and will do all they can to help and treat you for what ever you need doing , this goes for all on reception to ,the Surgrey is very clean as you enter they have 2 windows 1st one for percrisptions and other things people may need , then there is another for appointments all in all this practice is very good, they have other Drs to ive have seen another Dr also he has made sure i am treated very well , when Dr Y thankey is not available i would say to any one our surgrey is 100%, good Drs , nice Nurses Nice reception .
