WOW can I just say what a lovely man and how patient and understanding he was, took the time to explain treatments and also listen to my concerns.
I didn't feel rushed and the fact he listened to me and offered a solution to my anaemia that hadn't even been broached with my GP.
Hats off to you and your team as my experience was awesome with yourselves and you made me feel relaxed and dare I say you all made me laugh.
Also nice to have privacy within the department with a room with doors as those curtains are not soundproof.
Keep up the good work Stephen.
