Dr Fickling has been incredible from start to finish. He’s extremely caring, has a good sense of humour, and makes you feel completely at ease.
Dr Fickling took his time to explain everything clearly and calmly, addressing any concerns or questions I had. I’ve never had a doctor that’s been so committed to help and get to the bottom of what’s going on, he left no stone unturned.
I suffer from anxiety, particularly around medical situations. He did everything he could to make me as comfortable as possible during my procedure, one that I had to stop with previous doctors.
Gill, Dr Fickling’s secretary, has also been fantastic. She’s attentive and goes above and beyond to help.
A kind, compassionate doctor who I can’t recommend enough.
