Very good at listening, doesn't make you feel rushed or like you've wasted her time like some doctors do.
Goes the extra mile to help. I had a concern about my newborn daughters head & she told me not to worry but that she would do some reading, a week later I had a phone call from her with the information she had found out about it. Nice to know she wasn't just saying it!
