Mr Patel had a good bedside manner . He listened to my concerns and explained the pros and cons of my operation. To make sure I understood he also asked for my wife and son to be there and asked us individually if we understood and had any questions.
He visited me soon after the op and assured me al had gone well.I then saw him post op as an out patient. He was again friendly and reassuring and pleased with my improvements and listen to what we had to say and answered any questions. He is valuable member of the NHS.
