I can't rate Mr Arora highly enough. I had a mastoid operation by him. The advice, support and professionalism I received from him both before the operation after care in my opinion was the highest quality.
Mr Arora explained me detailed operative procedure thrice once in clinic, before the operation and during follow up and answered my queries with patience. He visited me 2-3 times after the operation.
The procedure went better than I imagined, my recovery was quite smooth with well cared follow up. The hospital staff was very friendly.
