Absolutely awful treatment. I went to see about my extremely sore throat and difficulty swallowing. The treatment I received was rude, dismissive and completely unbothered. After having explained I had a sore throat for 10 days, she asks me how long I have had it! She prescribed me anti biotics to take in 48 hours if it gets no better, in spite of me already having had it for a very long period. Then in the middle of me asking another question, she proceeds to get up and open the door - I repeat, in the middle of me speaking. I go home still in pain and feeling rough, to be told by another doctor that I have very bad bacterial tonsillitis and need medication now. Should not be practising if she isn’t willing to actually see patients.
