Okay, so i have a surgery coming up, i have contacted Dr's Ferguson secretary Ms. Catherin to ask if it's possible to talk to the doctor before the operation. She was friendly and keen to help. Now i have two more appointments for pre-assessment and actual surgery. fingers crossed, I'll update my review accordingly,
P.s. I'll give the doctor the benefit of the doubt and give this a five star rating till the surgery is done, ill get back and update my review with some more insights about the doctor, treatment, after surgery and the rest.
If any of you is going through surgery, or has been please share.
