At a time that I was feeling at my lowest ebb through pain, feeling misdiagnosed and let down time and time again by doctors and occupational therapists, I was fortunate enough to obtain an appointment with Dr Good. She took the time to listen to what I had to say. By doing so she had already won half of the battle. Instead of dismissing me with a different medication or hollow assurances that my condition would settle down, like others before had, she implemented a sensible plan to fix me. She is not too arrogant to seek opinion from other clinicians with more expertise in an area than she may have. She always does what she promises in an efficient and timely fashion and despite being busy has never failed to contact me with updates if I have needed one and she rings to check how things are going. I have never received the level of care, support and compassion from any other clinician than I have from Dr Good. I think she is simply a wonderful doctor and you are very lucky if she is your GP. This is a genuine review. I do not know Dr Good personally and have no reason to over egg the pudding. In all professional dealings I have had with her she really has been that good.

We saw Vanessa as the GP working at the Out of Hours Service at Manzil Way. She completed a really through asssessment of my 12 year old son following a Rugby injury. She was child focused, and developed a rapport with him quickly.
