Dr uparkar is my daughters consultant. From the diagnosis to the treatment that is still ongoing. Dr uparkar was/is fantastic. She is very caring, kept us up to date with everything every step of the way. She made sure things happened and were kept on schedule. She would even call to check up on my daughter and see how she was getting on and feeling, even though I’m sure she’s very busy and has lots of patients it always felt like she genuinely cared and made time for us. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough and I’ll be sad to see her leaving and moving onto a new post. I can’t thank her enough for the help and support she has given us through my daughters cancer treatment so far.
