I felt that I was an inconvenience to this doctor by needing to see a GP. He didn't introduce himself and just about grunted to me. I tried to explain my symptoms & he mumbled something whilst looking at his pc - I believe he was sending a referral but he didn't explain this. I was sent away to have blood tests but no advice regarding any follow up. As a senior NHS employee myself I was extremely disappointed with this lack of personal care and perceived disinterest.
