I felt relaxed as he introduced himself, using his christian name which added informality to my time with him. He discussed options for me and answered my questions willingly. He had studied my notes well before I saw him and his knowledge of my situation gave me confidence in those options which were comprehensively explained. He said the next appointment would be about 3 weeks from now, I was sorry that he might not be seeing me on that occasion, that's my only complaint!
