I am Albert Moate Toby’s my cousin twice removed (he is like my dads grandpas brothers son daughters child or somthing) I am struggling with ocd and obsessive thoughts Dr Moate calmed me down a lot I am managed to put my headphones in my bedroom without checking them again until I have a panic attack when at a shop also this doctors drove to my house from Cheltenham to my house in Hertfordshire (because he is related)
