I have never been to see a doctor who calls you 30 minutes late and then cuts your session short, who talks over you when you are trying to explain, who makes you feel like you are boring him, and who always makes you feel that you are less important than the next person they have to see. When you are elderly it takes more time to describe your problem and more time to understand what are the next steps. Dr.Strowger needs to take that into consideration.
