A similar story, Dr Lajtos found me only 5% disabled when for the previous 12 years and 5 medical examinations I was upward of 20% disabled. Her report stated there were no significant changes but then my assessment was reduced from 24% to 5%.
On appeal an Industrial Tribunal reverted the disability to above 20%
